Theres not too many times you get invited to one of your favorite artist’s Bat Cave. Tucked away somewhere in Chicago is the studio of the legendary Hebru Brantley.
I got a chance to link up with Hebru and take an up-close-and-personal look at his work.
One of my favorite characters is Fly Boy. Getting to see Fly Boy in so many different forms was amazing.
It was good to see that Hebru is a fan of other artist as well. One of his prized pieces is the grey Kaws 4 ft’s.
I saw a stash of the flynamic duo and had to get one for the Compound. I actually got number 44 of the lot.
This was a great and fun experience; Hebru is one cool talented cat to say the least, or as he would say one “Fly Boy!”
